“Farellones park is ridiculously busy and the queues are around 2/3 hours long. The zip line we waited for 3 hours and then had to leave before we went on it as our ski lesson was booked at 2pm. Meet bilingual chef Andy at a Valparaiso market, choose fresh ingredients, then cook pebre, oven empanadas, and Chilean classics in a scenic kitchen. The five-hour class includes market products, utensils, wine or Pisco Sour, and options for some dietary preferences.

“We met Andy at the entrance to the market. It was fascinating to see and purchase all our fresh food for the day. He let us choose our meal and pick which things we wanted to make. After the market, which included picking up our freshly caught and fillet fish, we took an uber to the kitchen. Once inside we got to work. The view was amazing and such a beautiful place to learn about Chilean food. Andy was great with our kids as we let them do most of the work. After we were done, we sat outside on the deck to enjoy the things we made. We had…”
